Ingredients:
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend dates, almond butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth
Line a baking dish with parchment paper
Spread the date mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth
Pour melted chocolate over the set date mixture, spreading evenly
Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set
Once set, remove from the freezer, cut into bars, and enjoy!
