Ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions:
Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 10-inch skillet that can go in the oven
Mix the pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a large bowl using a whisk until the mixture is smooth
Add the vanilla extract and egg to the mix and mix it well
All-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and ground cloves should all be mixed together in a different bowl
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined
Add the chocolate chips or chunks and mix them into the dough until they are spread out evenly
Place the cookie dough in the greased skillet and spread it out so that it covers the whole bottom
It should be baked in a hot oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the middle is set
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it up and serving
