Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground deer meat
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Instructions:
Chop up the onions, mushrooms, garlic, salt, and black pepper and put them in a bowl
Add the ground deer meat
Combine well
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat
The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
Add shredded cheddar cheese to top of each patty and cover to melt in the last minute of cooking
You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are lightly browned
Place lettuce leaves on the bottom bun of each burger, then a deerelord burger patty, tomato slices, and pickles
Put ketchup and mustard on the top bun, and then put it on top of the burger
